Application Process

The application process is generally straightforward:      

1. Submit your online application, and pay the USD 85 registration fee (for summer programs, travel insurance in covered under it).     

2. Enrolment information, documents and accommodation questionnaire will be sent to you in 1- 3 business days.   Electronic forms and brochures are our default format for speed, environment and convenience.  However, if you wish to receive hard copies by mail, please let me know.    

3. You will need to pay a program deposit to reserve the space before the deposit deadline. (The program deposit is refundable, please read the program refund policy.)

4. Pay the rest of program fee by the deadline. (The program fee is refundable, please read the program refund policy.)     

5. Pre-departure guide, visa documents (if needed), and accommodation information will be sent to you prior to departure.
